Olivia Rodrigo announces special “Silver Star Show”, the Manila leg of her “GUTS World Tour”


 

    On September 10, Filipino-American pop star Olivia Rodrigo confirmed her first-ever concert in the Philippines on October 5, as part of her "GUTS World Tour”. Rodrigo expressed her excitement about the concert on her official social media accounts. She also shared details about the concert and its significance to her. The concert is set to take place at the Philippine Arena, one of the largest indoor arena located in Bulacan.


    An important aspect of this highly anticipated event is the charitable initiative associated with it. All net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Olivia Rodrigo’s  “Fund 4 Good”, a global initiative designed to support nonprofits that empower women and girls.

 

    The ticket sales for the concert will commence on September 14 at 10 a.m. via the Live Nation Philippines website. Individuals are allowed  to purchase a maximum of four tickets per transaction. This limit is set to ensure a broader access for fans  eager to attend Rodrigo’s first concert in the country. The ticket are also made available for pickup from any SM Ticket s outlet starting from September 28 until the day before the concert. The tickets are categorized as “Silver Star Tickets”, priced at a flat rate of PHP 1,500 or approximately $27, which already includes taxes and fees.

 

    The seat assignments would be randomized within the venue, encompassing various seating options including lower, upper-level seats, and limited-view seats. The specific seat locations are scheduled to be revealed only after the ticket pick-up.


    The announcement of Rodrigo’s concert in the Philippines has led to great excitement, with ticket sales expected to generate substantial demand. All tickets for the event is anticipated to sell out quickly given Rodrigo’s continuous rise to popularity and the fervent enthusiasm of her fan base.
